A short
message about my Campaign, I had two
goals to achieve:
1. Get my message
out on the issues and get public
participation.
To a great extend I
accomplished this via door to door
visits with many of you. Unfortunately
my other messages may have been drowned
out by my opponent’s deluge of weekly

2. Get the truth
about my record to the Voters.
The records
shows:
In 2005 I won in a landslide on the tax
issue, in 2007 I lost narrowly on the
same tax issue. How is this possible?
It’s called Revisionist History. For
example, the villagers had received a
44% decrease in their Town Tax Rate in
2005; my opponent’s backers used the
same percentage but called it a Tax
Increase in 2007. An amazing feat
accomplished by the Power of Money
to purchase massive amounts of
repetitive full page color
advertisements and signs.
I believe I
accomplished this with just One Flyer.
My conclusion is based on the fact my
opponent increased the number of his
mailings, the volume, and the distortion
in his attacks; in an effort to
overpower my one simple flyer. What
better way to get validation than from
